Pete's scalloped potatoes and ham

- onion
- butter
- milk
- flour
- Peel and slice the spuds enough to make 2-3 layers in the casserole.
- Dice onions, to taste.
- On top of each layer of potatoes add small pieces of ham and slices of butter.
- Add pepper, salt and onions
- Fill the casserole with milk and sprinkle with flour
- Bake at 325F, until potatoes are tender
