Pete's scalloped potatoes and ham

  • ham
  • onion
  • butter
  • milk
  • flour
  1. Peel and slice the spuds enough to make 2-3 layers in the casserole.
  2. Dice onions, to taste.
  3. On top of each layer of potatoes add small pieces of ham and slices of butter.
  4. Add pepper, salt and onions
  5. Fill the casserole with milk and sprinkle with flour
  6. Bake at 325F, until potatoes are tender
